Who are we?
Yeguada Vergara is a stud farm of Purebred Spanish Horses, located in Finca Baños de Ledesma in the municipality of Vega de Tirados, province of Salamanca.
The stud farm was born in 2018, the result of the passion of the Vergara Blanco family for the equestrian world. This project began with the illusion of breeding Pura Raza Española animals, due to the nobility, beauty and functionality that the specimens of this breed have genetically. Another of the main objectives is to breed PRE horses with dilute coats focused on competition.
To initiate this project, a total of 20 animals selected for the above-mentioned characteristics and an exhaustive veterinary examination were acquired. At present, the stud has more than 50 horses, including stallions, mares, colts and fillies of different ages.
We always see cattle breeding as a continuous search for excellence through genetic selection, and that is why we include in our breeding process the best breeding and management techniques in order to breed the best animals.
With exceptional genetics and an unbeatable breeding environment, the animals bred at Yeguada Vergara have already crossed borders. The United States, Mexico, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Sweden, Holland, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Bulgaria and Nicaragua are some of the countries where animals of this iron already graze. Our greatest pride is the satisfaction of our customers and the welfare of our animals.
